I <strong>noticed<\/strong> a hand-painted trailer with &#8220;WhereIsOtis.blog&#8221; emblazoned on the back. I pulled into an empty parking space, and started looking for something to write with.<\/p>\n<p>By happy coincidence, the trailer&#8217;s owner returned then. We had a (fairly) short talk. With me, any talk tends to be less terse than need be, and that&#8217;s another topic.<\/p>\n<p>At any rate, I learned that she and Otis, her dog, were on an open-ended road trip; and that she&#8217;s documenting the trip from Otis&#8217; viewpoint.
