That, and less-than-rigorous tagging standards, led to considerable overlap of &#8220;science&#8221; and &#8220;technology&#8221; posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you click &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/brendans-island.com\/catholic-citizen\/tag\/science\/\">science<\/a>&#8221; in this blog&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/brendans-island.com\/catholic-citizen\/#tag_cloud-2\">Tag Cloud<\/a>, for example, you&#8217;ll find some posts with a mostly &#8216;non-science&#8217; focus; but enough science to warrant the tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Checking out <a href=\"https:\/\/brendans-island.com\/catholic-citizen\/category\/science-news\/\">science news<\/a> under <a href=\"https:\/\/brendans-island.com\/catholic-citizen\/#categories-2\">Categories<\/a>, you&#8217;ll find posts focusing on engineering or technology more than science; like &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/brendans-island.com\/catholic-citizen\/miami-bridge-collapse\/\">Miami Bridge Collapse<\/a>,&#8221; &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/brendans-island.com\/catholic-citizen\/coming-robots\/\">Coming: Robots<\/a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/brendans-island.com\/catholic-citizen\/books-and-flying-cars\/\">Books and Flying Cars<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Something you <strong>won&#8217;t<\/strong> find here is insistence that &#8220;creation science,&#8221; the Ussher chronology, or flat earth beliefs presented are core Christian beliefs. And that&#8217;s another topic.
